AV27820 Flashing Timer light

Hi, I work for Walgreens DTR (Data Terminal Repair)as an electronic and computer engineer. We have a good number of the AV27820 TVs that are all doing the same thing. The unit will not stay on, it comes on for a few secs. then turns off and the timer LED in the front flashes. These TVs are all used as security monitors and stay on 24/7.
