My Neon radio is gettin no power.

After the battery heads were cleaned there is no power to the radio/clock. The equalizer lights are flashing. I've had all of the fuses checked twice. All are good and all other functions work. Is there a code for the factory installed radio? Chrysler is no help because warrenty is up. Any help would be appreciated. I don't want to junk it if it's an easy problem. At my wits end...........
