JVC AV-27820 not staying on, timer light flashing

I am a Walgreens DTR (Data Terminal Repair)tech. We have a number of these JVC TVs doing this. Most are 4 years old or more and used as security monitors 24/7. I had read that on the Model AV36F703 The signal diode D535 was found to be leaky in the x-ray crcuit. However, we haven't found any information on the AV27820. Before we start getting into this we would to have more or any information you have about this. Thank you, Don
