Picture is snowy for ten minutes and clears up - just on channels one through 48.

This is a ten year old Sony KV32V15 unit. It works great after about ten minutes, but sometimes it comes right on. This is just for channels one through 48. The others are fine. It also has an intermittent high pitched noise that I can't hear, but my wife can. Is this TV worth fixing? I really like it and it was expensive when new. Thanks!!
