Dear Stacy, we have a new cd/dvd JVC stereo system, model #CA-FSGD7 SP-FSGD7, serial #080V0060. It was given to us as a gift, and malfuntioned within the first 2 hours of use. Unfortunately, we are very busy people, and never found the time to return this product for exchange. But by the time we recieved it, the thirty day return policy had run out anyway. I contacted JVC via internet twice, but they failed to reply. I'm very dissappointed with their customer service. JVC has been a respected name for many years, and I expected more from them. Can you help? It has a cd stuck in it and says "TRAY ERROR" Thank you, John
