How to solve a error on Sony Handycam recorded disk?

I have a Sony DCR - DVD105 and last week I recorded the birth of my daughter using a DVD-R disk. During recording time, I played back some recorded parts without any trouble and so I kept recording a little more when so the warning of a disk error C:13:02 start to blink and a message to remove disk it was indicated. After that, I can’t any more access this disk through the handycam and when a try to recover data through some software in the computer the diagnostic of empty disk always appears. Could some one teach me what procedure I have to do in order to recover the images? I would appreciate it too much.
