When I press any command on LCD touchpanel I can't get correct command by presing that field. My display is not broken.

By pressing fields by finger on LCD I can't get wright command, by pressing REW Camcorder give me PLAY, by pressing EXIT from MENU i only hear CLICK but the MENU wasn't closed, etc. What can I do? Need to relpace display, or what? Where to by replacment and which price?
