How to view video made on Sony Camcorder DCRTRY 340E on a PC

To view video made by Sony DCR TRV 340e camcorder on computer. I want to see/run the video which i have made on Sony DCR TRV 340e camcorder on my computer.I am only successful to view the files from the Memory Stick, but am unable to see the whole video. I am trying to search the web, I have downloaded the USB.EXE file, when I plug in the camcorder the PC detectes the USB, first the Audio and then the Video but I can not see the USB icon on my Copmuter tab, Nothing seems to happen further. Can somebody help me.I have the USB connectivity, a P-III with XP..
