Thank you Eric for the fix with the LCD white screen and horizontal line problem with my Sony Digital Camera DSC-S40. I have posted the following web address which has the info on the fix so that everyone can check it out that needs it! www.tsclucky.com/sony.htm You will need a tiny screwdriver to carefully open your camera and follow the instructions on the pictures. I used cuticle clippers to clip the little tabs.
