Good service and excellence quality

Hi, I would like to appreiate the service job done by the company and the service staff as I attached below. I send in my SONY T1 for repair as the display screen faulty on 18/10/2006. Through service centre SONY Gallery (Juction 8) Singapore. A good service returned within 1 week, the staff, Kheng Seng, even called to my home several times to ensure the information given to the right person. On the day of collection, 16/10/2006, before I took back the item, the staff explained faulty reason and checked the item before issued to me. The kindness and concern character of your staff that shows a good role model in the service industry, the company will achieve better height as the passion of your staff even in the tiny acts.
