CCD Base ASSY numer for JVC GR D33U

looking for part number
I have a faulty CCD JVC GRD33U camcorder.
I need the appropriate part number. It will be mostly helpfull if i get also reccomendation where to purchase the item, and other tips for an amateure technitian.
Note: the model number is GRD33U without additional letters.

hello mi friend did you find the part number of de jvc, gr-d33u i have send mails to de jvc suport and day tel me to buy de cd parts manual, day dont wont to help me out, if you kold tel me de ccd part number and wear to buy it, thancks.
