Help - I'm Clueless

Hi guys, Hi guys .....I am experiencing a difficulty with uploading MP3& WMA files onto the device, I have successfully uploaded some, but when I tried to put more on - I get an Error Message saying - Disc Error - The Directory or File cannot be created, can you tell me what to do to fix this problem, very frustrating as there is still 2/3 of free disc space available but I'm not able to put anymore music on the device. Any help would be appreciated, if you can help I need to be walked through the steps to fix the problem as I'm a complete novice when it comes to electronic gizmos Regards Wyse2u
