Home | Previous messageI am trying to record from the camera onto my stand alone DVD recorder. I am using an S-video line from the camera to the DVD recorder, but all I'm getting is video. What am I doing wrong?

An "S" video line does not carry any audio in it, you also require to have the audio output from the camcorder connected as well, if you dont have an audio cable on its own just use the standard A/V cable supplied with the camcorder but leave the video plug (yellow) unconnected at the DVD end. |
