HomeLens Cap message when i switched on the camera i got a camera jvc GR-D43EK it was working well but i got some problem when i switched on it gives a message "lens cap" after that when i am trying to take a movie i cant find anything on the screen could you please send me a valuable information i will be very thank ful to you thanks

This is obviously the notorious lens cap problem caused by defective image sensors having been fitted to a large range of models world wide. A free repair has been on offer for nearly three years but this expired at the end of June 2009, however its known that JVC will still under certain circumstances carry out the repair so contact customer services appropriate to wherever you might be located, and should by any chance it be the UK then this is the number.
