Hi Gary, You seem to know alot about this sony model. I have a kv32v15 or v16. Well, when I plug the cable into it and turn the tv on, the picture comes on for a minute and then all you get is the static. If you turn the tv off and turn it on again, the same thing happens or you just get static right when you turn it on. Not sure what the problem is or what part it need to replace. Can you help? Thanks. - Andy

its about a 95% chance the tuner is bad. i changed hundreds of tuners. the part # is on top of it. or call sony parts for nr and price at: 1-800-488-SONY (7669) luck Gary
