Please help..i just bought my jvc digital camcorder (model#GR-D370U and serial#091Q0344) i love it but im having a problem with it and cant find it in the manuel. the only time i can review my still pics is either on the camcorder or the t.v. im not able to see my pics on the computer. as soon as i plug the camcorder into the computer, a file comes up but its empty..please help me figure this out. i bought this camcorder for the purpose of putting my film and pictures on the computer. i have tried everything and again, i looked under troubleshooying in my manual but it doesnt say anything about it. you can email me back of call my phone @ (813)205-8637 my name is sandra. thank you so much!!!!
