Fuzzy Blury screen

I was watching a show and all of a sudden the screen got blury. I can barly read the writing on the tv set now. and the faces look blurry or fuzzy I have a JVC av-56wp30 and it is only 3 years young. I am opperating with direct tv I also checked my other 2 t.v.s and they have no problem I appreciat your help
