Can't remember the model but jst like some else who wrote in , I have the same prob whereby it keeps saying lens cap on and shows a blank screen whereas the lens cap is off. I am in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. What's wrong with my cam and where is the nearest service centre ? Thanks, Joe

This is a nkow issue to JVC. It might be related to the defective CCD. You should contact JVC to see if they can fix it for free. You might have to pay the shipping. Good Luck, Peter |
