I have bought this model in Dubai but on unpacking it is noticed that the remote is not making any function to work.

I had sent this remote back to Dubai, but it had worked on a similar set there and was sent back. Now there is no one in INDIA of JVC to have knowledge about this product, as this product is not available in India. What do I do now? PLEASE NOTE THAT THE INSTRUCTIONS HAVE BEEN PROPERLY FOLLOWED FROM THE MANUAL. THE PIECE HAS A HARDWARE PROBLEM. A KNOWLEDGABLE TECHNICIAN IS REQUIRED.
