C:31:22 error code

Hi there, I saw from the web that you know all about errorcodes with sony cameras. Well we have a sony TRV950 with an error code of C:31:22. Is there a magic way of fixing this without having to send for servicing? I look forward to your reply Thanks in advance Simon
