Have a broken shoe on a HVL-20DM, I've taken the unit apart and the adapter is a small piece of plastic 1/2 inch by 1 inch circular.

I've spoken with Sony parts but they don't sell the inside pieces of units. At this point the cheapest way to go is to purchase a new light but I'd prefer finding a solution to replacing the broken piece not the entire unit. The shoe piece connects the light to the camera via a shoe. Thanks for your help, Sean
