getting equipment for phone radio show

I do a 2 hour radio show now on the telephone but use a phone, would rather have a microphone and equipment that I can plug a pair of head sets and also have an extra mike and head sets in case I have a guest at my house during the show please tell me what I would need and where i could get it...need to have something I can plug in to my phone jack and call network so they can patch me to other stations thanks sure hope you can help me on this THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP YOU MAY BE ABLE TO GIVE ME Jim Graham
