blue screen tv after 4.5 years of purchase

i'd like to know why after having our tv serviced for a blue screen and had a new tuner placed in the tv, why are we having so much trouble with it and it always happens when we first turn it on.......the serial number is 13631998z and the model number is av 32F702. seems to me a tv of that price and quality should last a lot longer than five years'.............we are extremely diaappointed with it and don't know where to turn at this point............. thanks
