Home | Previous messageHello, I have a JVC Camcorder Model No. GR-D270U which I have never been able to connect to my computer. I have used both USB and firewire cable but my computer simply will not recognize the devise (I am running on XP). I have also searched the JVC website for drivers but to no avail. Your advise will be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, MS

when you hook the camera up to your firewire drive make sure to camera is on and the lcd screen is open. Your computer will automatically pop up a box that ask what you want to do with the device. |
