How do I fix ERR 10 code on Car CD player? How do I eject the CD inside?

2 days ago, CD player is showing ERR 10. CD player mainting constant power and does not shut off with car. All buttons not functioning...therefore eject of CD. The face of the CD player can be released....this saves car battery.
