panasonic help

Hello, I have panasonic cd stereo system. It suddenly says no disc. I called the tech support but they couldn't help me. They said maybe it is a motor issue. Does any body knows how to repair motor? Where can I find the new motor?. I am trying to take it apart but I am not able to do that. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
