HomeSony PC-9 tape jam error code 32:23 I recently experienced a tape jam in my Sony PC-9 with C32:23 flashing on the screen. In this mode, there's not much you can do. Just messing around with it, i found a way to remedy the problem. Pull off the battery. Switch the power switch to camera mode. Open the eject door. Wait 10 seconds. Attach the battery. The tape popped right out. Hope this helps someone.

It was a Sony DCR-TRV25, by the way. It might just work with any Sony video camera. Thank you so much for posting this! You just saved me from sending out for repairs :) I'd bought it through FutureShop and my PSP had just run out before it jammed, I thought I was screwed. Thank you Thank you Thank you :) |
