trv320 Camcorder Top mounted VTR Buttons On cassette door Intermitent. When opening door may work. Is there a harness or contact that need replacing and I need the part number and where can I purchase it?

I have a TRV320 Camcorder and the top mounted VTR Buttons On cassette door are Intermitent. When opening door they may work sometimes. Is there a harness, ribbin cable or contact that needs replacing and I would need the part number and where can I purchase it? THanks for any help Ron
