looking for lens controller(CCD?)

on shooting mode, lens send foggy images to screen.Outcome shot if as foggy as it appeared on shooting. I am told this is because the the CCD is broken. Can anybody help me find the piece (CCD is the name I was given by an employee in a shop here in Santiago(Do.Rep) Thanks for any lead. Alvaro Re
