I can't get into sonic stage to put songs on my mp3 player.

I've just used sonic stage a couple weeks ago and had no problems what so ever but it seems though as i was trying to access it today i wasn't able for some odd reason.I've had this problem before in the past were i wasn't able to use my mp3 player for months.I find this to be very disterbing and something should be done to satisfy all customers as soon as possible.
