HomeLens cap banner Hi, I have a JVC camcorder # GR-D7OU. I plugged it in to get the battary rebooted. I turned it on after letting it do it's thing for about an hour and it did nothing. I pluged it in and it turned on but then the "lens cap on" sign is on and the lens cap is off.( and its black) Do I just need a new battary? or is there something bigger wrong? I can't of couse find my manual and I found this website and hope you could help me. Thanks

Hi Shelly, You have a failed CCD just as I did with my GR-D33US. However, JVC US has a special repair program that might help you. Just chech the jvcservice.com website for detailed instructions or pm me for the exact link. |
