Hi, I just bought the same camera from a friend and I'm having the same problem. About ten minutes ago, I found a downloadable program that will let you save your pictures to your computer. The site is: video-framer.com They have a trial version or you can buy it. I haven't had a chance to use either yet, but it looks like it will do the trick. I'm still looking for something else as well. I'm not going to give up.So, if you want to write down my e-mail address and check with me in a few days, I'll let you know what I've found. Bill
