JVC GR-D70AA doesn't charge

I was using my camera the other day, after fully charging it, i went and turned it off, put it down, plugged it into the computer, turned it on only to have my computer crash, so i unplugged it and went away. Later that night i picked up the camera again turned it on and nothing happened, i turned it off and back on again and it doesn't start up, i plugged it into the charger and the charge light doesn't come on, it's completely dead. I really need it to work because i'm filming for a school project if anyone can help please email me! Thanks, Seb.
