You have got to be kidding me. I thought you were all crazy but I had nothing to loose I was getting ready to slam my camera against the wall because of this tupid C:31:32, so I hit it a few times with my palm and nothing, then I hit it again one time on each side and on the top and bottom, and now it is working just fine.
