Hi All, I had a JVC DVX9 camcorder (£1200 retail at time of purchase). I have had all the problems - condensation message, clean heads message and error EO4 remove and reattach battery message. Unit was just out of warranty when problems started and after following various recommendations from JVC I again took there advice and submitted it to a store (recommended by JVC). Paid my money for it to be looked at and then waited and waited and waited. Jvc kept saying they would discuss with store and when I finally tried to recover the unit the store had gone into liquidation. I could not get my equipment back and JVC simply washed their hands of the matter. Bottom line is DO NOT BUY JVC. I made it quiet clear that I would not purchase any more JVC products unless they sorted something out and - to date - am still waiting. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND JVC TO ANY BODY AND IT WOULD SEEM THAT IT WAS NOT A ONE OFF FROM THE NOTES HERE. JVC OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO INTENTION OF HELPING AND WOULD CONSIDER OTHER ACTIONS IF ANY BODY HAS SUGGESTIONS.
