Looking for Master Control room and Portable production package

We are an Senegalese (West Africa) television producer for Broadcasting we have decided to build a television station for the Dakar Sénégal market area. We required a master control room and a portable production package and wanted to go on air in 60 days, we also have and restraints budget for this project. We want an master control room that would be fully automated and digital server based to have the flexibility to allow us to play some of the older analog materials at end a fully automated master control room that could accommodate new and old video formats. Our channel will reach more than 3,000,000 viewers.
