I am having the same problem, but its a 2001 4Runner Limited. Just about a month ago, the ERROR3 message comes up and it won't load my CD. It is a 6-disc changer, and it can load every disk, but only plays about 1 in 20 tries. The other 19/20 times it makes noise like the disk is moving around for a while then says "error3," which means there is a mechanical problem. How specific of an error! It could be anything. Any help would be appreciated.
