I need help with my JCV Video Camera. I have no Owners manual for it.

My computer will not recognize my camcorder when I plug in the USB cable. I dont know what driver I am supposed to use because I found it out of box and on sale but with none of the fixins so to speak. Can any one help me? Model Number GR-D270U Serial No.179V0667
