Claire I have the same problem but went to Harvey Norman's this morning and they gave me this number as they are the JVC repairer's in Perth.They are Universal Electrics office hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm Mon to Friday and contact number is 08 9328 9704. Hope this helps you. Kelly
