HELP!!! my camera says "disc protected" with any disc I use, did't do this before

I have a sony digital mavica MVC-FD73, was working fine for a year, now no matter what disc i put in it says "disc protected" I can not take pictures or anything, I have no idea how to make this go back to how it was. any help would be great. thanks Jodi
