got it...I'm being told that my probelm is related to the green crt....if it is pulled out of the circuit, then i have picture and sound....As soon as it is put back into the circuit (sony requires all three crt to be in lineother no video is applied)the video is on for a few seconds then shutsdown... Does that sound about right to you? Please advise.... dan
