The plate that holds the faceplate has a broken "lip" on the left side.

When you eject the faceplate, on the left side is a "lip" that slides into the back of the detachable face to hold it against the main unit. That "lip" has broke and now the faceplate has nothing to grip and will not stick to the unit. We've tried velcro but that's not working very well. Any suggestions?
