HomeAdvice sought re camcorder fault "safeguard mode" Having a problem with my JVC camcorder model no GRDVL365EK. It has gone into "Safeguard Mode" and I cant get it out of this (even when following the instructions in the manual). Any assistance appreciated.

I just talked to JVC customer support and the said if you have followed the instructions on the screenk, ie. remove and reattach battery, and it doesn't reset, you need to take it in for service. You can go to the JVC website to find out where the nearest service location is. |
