Ricoh FT5433. Error 62. Ideas anyone?

We received this copier as a donation to our organization, and it is something we could not have afforded to purchase for ourselves. Now it is displaying a wrench symbol and the irremovable error code of "62"...It's not listed in the manual. Any ideas as to what we can do to get it working again? We need it, and there is absolutely NO JAM. Thanks alot if you can help! Billie Jean
