Need help converting vro to vob please

Hi I have recently bought myself a sony dcr-dvd105e camcorder.I by mistake recorded in vr mode and not in video mode.Now I have problems getting it on to a normal 4.7gb dvd.And I would like to convert the vro file to a vob file.So if someone can please explain to me what programs I need to do this.I want to ripp the content off the 1.4GB dvd, that is in vr format to my computers hard drive, then convert it to vob and then burn it to regular 4.7GB dvd, so it can play on all dvd players. Please help
