my memories gone ... but not yet

i also got the format error C:13:01 and i want my fotos!! took soooo much!! so is it the camera thats got the problem or the computer? or the memory card? what i did was i tried to put my fotos into my computer but then it sed it could not read and then the ERROR!!! help me please...i want my fotos!! how can i get it?
