Stacy Sample, I am having serious problems with my jvc camcorder model#GR-D30U. The lcd screen will not come on. It was working fine & now it will not come on. You can view the tape in the camera itself but can't record at all. I have only had the camera going on 2 years. I know another teacher in our school that has had the same problem with the same model & I went on google & there was a lot of people talking about the same problem with there's. That should have not went out that soon. I think jvc should recall the camera & fix it! The cost to fix it is almost as much as it was to buy it.
