Homehelp I would appreciate that file also, same problem with blank/white screen. Send to: lchelten@ucalgary.ca The local Sony authorized repair has had my camera for over a month. The first time they just cleaned it, which of course didn't work. Now they've had it since July 10, waiting for backordered parts. My vacation will be photo-less! Thank you.
