This is most annoying becuase although I bought the camera about 3 years ago I've only actually used it about 4 times. Thanks anyway you've been very helpful. :-)

Your model "IS" on the list of models that can potentially suffer this manufacturing defect, which yours obviously does!, so unless you are not the original purchaser (or haven't any way of proving it!) your GR-DX25E is applicable for this "free" repair. |
