Problems with JVC AV-27530 turning on.

I've had my JVC AV-27530 television for only 3 months and the on timer light (green) is on, but the tv will not turn on at all. I have tried hitting the power button on the tv and remote and pressing everything that I could possibly think of. I unplugged it and plugged it back up, and nothing happens. What do you think the problem is? This tv is too new to be doing this. Please respond at your earliest convenience. Thanks!!!
